ZEVEUS — Multi-tenant SaaS ERP for businesses in the WAEMU region
"The Business OS": a multi-tenant SaaS ERP built for SMEs in the WAEMU region, priced in CFA francs, with modules unlocked by subscription tier.
The context, the challenge, what I built.
Context
The WAEMU region spans 8 countries sharing the CFA franc (XOF). Existing ERPs are often expensive, billed in foreign currencies and poorly suited to local realities.
Challenge
The market needed an affordable ERP, billed in XOF, able to serve many companies on shared infrastructure without ever mixing their data.
Solution
• Multi-tenant SaaS architecture with per-company data isolation
• Modules grouped into 5 business families and mapped to subscription tiers
• XOF pricing driven from a central configuration (config/plans.php) and kept in sync with the landing page
• Neutral, international branding to cover all 8 countries
• Architecture review: cross-tenant access control (IDOR), per-country tax coverage, infrastructure redundancy
• Full technical and functional documentation (version 4.0)
Results
A documented platform, with a clear commercial offer and an established security roadmap, 5 companies registered AND in testing.
West African SMEs juggle spreadsheets, poorly adapted imported software and scattered tools.
ZEVEUS brings business management into a single online platform, where each company has its own isolated workspace.
Modules are split across subscription tiers, so each business only pays for what it needs.
